With more than 30 years of HR leadership experience, she has supported companies across industries through growth, change, and increasing complexity, with a strong focus on leadership development and building teams that can perform and scale.

Through TTS Company, Julie and her team work with business leaders and HR teams to reduce turnover, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and design organizations that support clarity, accountability, and growth.
